This district holds most of the smelting and metalworking factories in the city, along with the factories that handle the mechanical assembly of goods (mainly machinery and electronics). Businesses in the area have summoned a retinue of spirits who have contracted with the company as a whole. Some of these spirits are employed as guard animals to protect the factories, but most are used in the manufacturing process. Different spirits hold distinct abilities that allow factories to complete some steps of the industrial process easier, or can be used in the manufacturing process to create materials and devices that are not conceivable without the spirit's powers.
The factory buildings in the area vary in level of repair. In addition, the area has higher levels of pollution than the rest of the city, due to all the factories in the area. However, the atmosphere of the area has been improved as businesses have been using more efficient and environmentally sound processes in their manufacturing process.
